SILVER SWEEPSTAKES YEAR-END DRAWING
Winners will be selected in a random drawing on November 10, 2005 by 220Solutions, an independent organization whose decisions on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes are final. The selection of winners will be final. Winners will be notified by mail or email on or about December 1, 2005. Once a winning name is selected for the year-end drawing on November 10, 2005, the recipient will not be eligible for additional prizes in the Silver Sweepstakes. If a potential winner fails to claim the prize within fourteen (14) days following December 1, 2005, in the sole discretion of DSWFitness, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

SILVER SWEEPSTAKES IDEA MONTHLY 1-YEAR MEMBERSHIP DRAWING
A 1-year IDEA individual membership will be awarded each month to a Silver Sweepstakes entrant. Winners will be selected at random on the last day of each month or subsequent business day. The selection of winners will be final. Winners will be notified by mail and email by the fifteenth of each month following the drawing. Once a winning name is selected, the recipient will not be eligible for an additional IDEA monthly 1-year membership. Winners are still eligible for the Silver Sweepstakes year-end prizes. If a potential winner fails to claim the prize within thirty (30) days following the monthly drawing, in the sole discretion of DSWFitness, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.

No purchase is necessary to win or participate. Purchase of a DSWFitness course will not improve your chances of winning. All online contest entry forms must include your email address, first name, last name, address, city, state, zip code, country and telephone number to be eligible. For those who do not have access to the Internet, please submit your contest entry information on a 3x5 postcard and address it to Silver Sweepstakes, DSWFitness, 602 E. Contest rules will be posted on the website and available upon written request. All entries for the Silver Sweepstakes year-end drawing must be postmarked by November 1, 2005 and received no later than November 8, 2005.
