Returns and Exchanges
You may return the product in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we will promptly exchange
the item, provide a refund or credit your account, less shipping and handling - whichever you prefer (unless it’s
a closeout item, then credit will be issued). Refunds are issued in the original payment method. To return or
exchange an item, product must be in its original packaging and have all of the contents that were shipped from
our office. Please allow 7-14 business days to process your exchange/refund. If an exchange is needed sooner,
please contact customer service for other options. Please follow these procedures to ensure prompt replacement,
refund or credit within 30 days:
- Use appropriate shipping package and return materials via insured US Mail or UPS.
- Complete the returns form on the back of your invoice. If you do not have your invoice, which accompanied your materials, please include a note in the return shipping box stating purchaser's name, address and date of purchase
- Send returns to:
DSWFitness, Inc. 602 E. Roger Rd. Tucson, AZ 85705 (we do not accept CODs).
- We reserve the right to decline a return if the item appears damaged due to
misuse. Some manufacturers require items be sent directly to them for repairs (DVDs, tapes, etc.). If
you are unsure, please contact our Customer Service Department.
Payment Policies
Availability: Clearance items have limited quantities. There may be a delay between the time an item is no
longer available and when it is removed from the website. We will make every effort to contact you quickly if
an item has sold out.
Payment: All DSWFitness products are sold in US currency. You may use American Express, MasterCard,
Visa or Discover Card or you may mail us a money order or personal check drawn on US funds. If a credit card
is declined due to lack of funds or because a billing address provided does not match what your credit
card has on file, we will contact you. If we do not receive a response within
30 days from contact, your order will be cancelled.
Discounts/Coupons
If you have a coupon or a discount code, you will be able to use it at check out and your discount will
be displayed on your invoice that accompanies your course materials. Discounts will not be honored after
their expiration date. One discount is allowed per order, and it cannot be combined with any other offer.
Back Orders
Due to limited availability of some of the products we sell, a particular item may be out of stock. Our
general policy on backorders is that if an item is due to arrive within a few days, we will wait for that item to
arrive to ship your entire order. If the item is expected to take longer to receive, we will contact you regarding
the backorder and give you the option to have the rest of the order sent immediately. Additionally, some
lightweight items will be shipped separately via US Mail.
