1) Once I register for a course what will be mailed to me?
- All the course pac materials including the exam will be shipped to you when you purchase a complete course.
- If you register for an online course you will receive your exam number within 2 business days* by email. Take the online exam, get immediate scoring and print your Certificate of Achievement.
*The processing of your order may be delayed if it is received over a weekend or during a holiday when the DSWFitness offices are closed.

2) How long will it take me to complete my course? Is there a time limit to take the exam?
- The time needed to complete a course is based on a 1:1 ratio (one hour of study time per credit issued).
- We recommend that you complete the course(s) and exam(s) within the year that you purchase them.

3) What score must I achieve to pass the exam and what if I fail?
- You must score 80% or higher on your exam to earn the CECs/CEUs.
- If you do not pass, you may retake the exam two times at no additional cost to achieve the 80% pass rate.

4) Where do I take the exam and can I take the exam online?
- All courses are home study and include the exam within the course pac materials.
- Most courses include an online exam option that features immediate scoring and a printable certificate. (Instructions for accessing this time saving feature are included in your course pac materials.)
- If you do not wish to take your exam online or your course does not have an online option: simply mail or fax your completed exam for scoring. The mailing address and fax number are located on the EASY TRACK FORM. Please allow 1 -3 weeks turn-around for hand scoring.

5) Can more than on person use the exam?
- Only one person may use the exam number.
- Additional exams may be purchased separately. Look for the 'Exam/CEC Only' item on the website or call 1-800-873-6759.

6) Where is my exam number located?
- An exam number is required to take an online exam. This number is included within the course materials - usually printed on the upper right-hand corner of the EASY TRACK FORM or on the exam.

7) What do the course levels mean?
- Entry or refresher: Entry level or veteran professional who needs a refresher.
- Intermediate: Competency at entry level and a minimum of one-year professional experience.
- Advanced: In-depth information and specialized training for veteran professionals.

8) How do I know which courses are pre-approved by my association?
- To search our catalog of courses by certifying association click on Online Catalog and then select your association from the drop-down box 'Search CE Courses by Certifying Associations'. OR
- Click on Certifying Associations and click on 'Approved CE Courses' under the listing of your certifying association.
- If your association is not listed or has not pre-approved the course you want, you may petition for the continuing education credits. Please contact your association for more information.

9) Will I be certified after completing the course?
- DSWFitness courses qualify as CECs/CEUs toward the renewal of your professional certification.

10) Are my CECs/CEUs reported by DSWFitness to my association automatically?
- Most associations require you to contact them directly for their renewal documents and certification requirements.

Shipping and Tracking Your Order
In most cases our shipper for domestic and international locations is UPS. No PO Boxes please. If you provide an email address when you place your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from UPS, which includes an online tracking URL and tracking number.
How long will it take my courses to arrive?
US students: In-stock materials should arrive in 7-10 business days. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will provide an estimated delivery date. Orders to APO, FPO, Hawaii, Alaska and US territories are shipped Priority Mail. Rush orders should arrive in 2-3 business days. Overnight delivery is available for an additional charge. Call for quote.
International students: All prices are in US dollars. Credit card companies will automatically apply the current exchange rate and charge your account in your currency. Additional duties may be assessed upon arrival of your parcel. A signature is required upon delivery. International and Canadian orders should arrive within 3-6 business days.
