To renew your certificate you must send us a copy of the certificate that is about to expire along with proof in writing of attendance to at least 2.0 Continuing Education Units (CEUs)* of personal training related classes, seminars or workshops. (Refer to the Accepted Subject matter on pg. 8). CPR is required to renew your certification and counts
as 0.1 CEU.
The Weight Management Specialist, Fitness Nutrition Specialist, Kid’s
Nutrition Specialist are valid for two years. To renew, you must prove in writing you have completed 20 hours of education (or 2.0 Continuing Education Units (CEU’s)) pertaining to the study or application of nutrition.
