A former Radio City Music Hall Rockette, she specializes in fitness programming and efforts that focus on the 50-plus market. Joy was featured in the C. Everett Koop Time Life Medical Exercise Video Series. Certified as a Health/Fitness Director by the American College of Sports Medicine, she as also earned certifications from ACE and AFAA.
