Nutrition Periodization
A new way of thinking about nutrition!
By Bob Seebohar, MS, RD

Eat to train! Learn the importance of planning nutrition to support energy needs and achieve performance goals. Specific nutrition recommendations and case studies are presented to illustrate how to use Bob’s nutrition periodization principles in each training cycle to elicit positive physiological responses.
