  • Be aware of and be capable of conducting sports specific training/activities; including power, jumping, striking and endurance.
  • Identify with what motivates youth and discover how to create an age friendly environment.
  • Identify dietary needs for muscle development, weight gain or loss, strength, endurance and sports specific nutrition.
