Jeffrey Larson is a freelance medical writer and a practicing physical therapist/athletic trainer. He has been active as a medical writer since 1994 and is the sole proprietor of a freelance medical writing business known as Biomedical Communications. Mr. Larson is the Sports Medicine Coordinator for HealthSouth in Fargo, North Dakota. He is a graduate of North Dakota State University with a degree in Athletic Training and Biological Sciences and from the University of Utah with a degree in Physical Therapy. Much of his writing focuses on continuing education for physicians and allied healthcare professions and has contributed to medical journals, textbooks, and consumer health education publications. Mr. Larson has a special interest in low back pain and rehabilitation and is a member of the American Medical Writers Association.
