Bob Seebohar is a nationally known, board certified specialist in sports dietetics, a strength and conditioning specialist, and a USA Triathlon Certified Elite Coach. He has served as the Director of Sports Nutrition at the University of Florida and most recently was a sport dietitian for the US Olympic Committee. Bob traveled to the 2008 Summer Olympics with Team USA and was the sport dietitian for the Olympic Triathlon Team. He currently owns his own business, Fuel4mance, which provides sports nutrition services to athletes of all ages and abilities.
Bob was the sport dietitian and strength coach for Susan Williams, the 2004 Olympic Triathlon Bronze medalist. He was also the personal coach of Sarah Haskins, 2008 Olympian in triathlon, and was the personal coach of Jasmine Oeinck, 2009 National Elite Triathlon champion.
Bob has an undergraduate degree in exercise and sport science, a master’s degree in health and exercise science, and a second master’s degree in food science and human nutrition.
Practicing what he preaches, Bob is a competitive endurance athlete and has competed in hundreds of multisport races, most notably six Ironman races, the Boston Marathon, the Leadville 100-mile mountain bike race, and the Leadville 100-mile trail running race. In 2009, Bob successfully completed the Leadman series in Leadville, which consisted of a marathon, 50-mile mountain bike race, 50-mile trail run, 100-mile mountain bike race, 10-kilometer run, and a 100-mile trail run, performed over the span of seven weeks.
