Irene Lewis-McCormick, MS, CSCS, is a highly regarded personal trainer, author, and national fitness presenter who holds certifications with ACE, AFAA, NSCA, and ACSM. She is the Recreation and Wellness Director at Des Moines Area Community College in Iowa and is a member of the editorial board of Diabetic Living magazine. Irene also serves as an adjunct faculty member at Upper Iowa University, is an ACE faculty member, and is a test-item writer for the ACE Personal Trainer and Lifestyle and Weight Management certification exams.
